Sessions can include Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Meditation, Hypnosis, Hypnobirthing, custom Ayurvedic diet, pregnancy and breastfeeding safe herbal support, teaching Abhyanga self massage and infant massage, nursery prep, pantry prep, cloth diaper guidance, registry planning, guidance with belly wrapping, breast feeding, sleep, and protocols to keep your 40 days postpartum sacred and nourishing. Remember, your 40 days postpartum will will determine your next 40 years of health.
